Payment

We accept payments via Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, UnionPay, Visa, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refunds are normally received within 3 business days.

Your order may be subject to customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell how much the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average it is between 3% and 9%. We have no control over the charges which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item, or within the postage costs. We generally try to reduce the declared value of the package to reduce taxes and fees, but you may still need to pay a small amount of customs fees.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping. However, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $30.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have left Hong Kong.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below.Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

We're deeeply sorry for making you wait so long! If it takes longer than we promised, we will give you a refund of 20% of the difference in price and the refund will be received within 3 business days.

There are the following two cases:

(1) Order information can be modified if the goods have not been shipped;

(2)Order information cannot be modified if the goods have been shipped.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@drrotus66.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted. You will also need to send us a receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $5-10 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if there was no seller's fault. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be eligible for a $5-10 restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
